How Arabic coffee is made

It’s best to prepare Arabic coffee in small pots holding no more than 100 milliliters of liquid.

The recommended method: Heat water until it boils. Reduce the heat, and add three teaspoons of coffee and a half-teaspoon of sugar. Boil the coffee over a low heat, until the film that forms on the surface disappears. Remove the pot from the fire, and let it stand for three minutes to stabilize. Finally, pour the coffee into small cups, and serve.
